We do not create, own, or control most of the videos featured on this site. Our role is to collect and organize publicly available videos found on platforms such as YouTube and other public video-sharing services.

3. Content Ownership & Attribution

Unless explicitly stated otherwise by Everybody High, all videos hosted or embedded on this website are public and sourced from third-party platforms.

  • We do not claim ownership over content unless specifically labeled as original content produced by Everybody High.
  • We did not participate in the filming, production, or editing of any third-party video content displayed on the site.
  • All copyrights and trademarks belong to their respective creators and publishers.

If a video is improperly listed, credited, or appears without appropriate rights, we encourage creators or featured individuals to contact us through our contact page. We will promptly review and remove the content if requested.

4. User Submissions & Content Removal

We accept video submissions via email or through upload forms. By submitting a video, you confirm that:

  • You are either the owner or have permission to distribute the video content.
  • You grant Everybody High the non-exclusive right to host, display, promote, and share the content on our platform.
